How do I buy a kitchenette today? ENQUIRE NOW

Product Selection: Select the model and appliance configuration you want. Appearance: Choose the colour of your Kitchenette and the colour of your benchtop. Options: Select any additional options you need. Place your order via the ENQUIRE NOW online contact form and we will contact you to finalise deposit or call 0800 48 44 48 to discuss. Deposit: We require a 50% deposit via bank transfer or credit card when you place your order. Once we have your deposit confirmed, your order will be booked into a build slot and we will inform you of the latest delivery date. Once built the balance must be paid prior to dispatch. Credit Card fees apply of 2.5% - which goes to the bank.

What guarantees do I get with my kitchenette?

All kitchenettes are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of delivery. Please keep delivery dockets and invoices as proof of purchase. Cooktops, rangehoods, fridge and dishwasher are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is valid from the time the appliances are installed and receive a Code of Compliance from an authorised electrician. Proof of purchase as well as the Certificate of Compliance are required for any claims. Microwave / Combi microwave are covered by a 2-year parts & labour including the magnetron.

Who do I call for a warranty issue?

Cabinets: If there is a manufacturing fault with your cabinets you will call 0800 48 44 48. Appliances: Cooktops, rangehoods, fridge and dishwasher call the customer care team at Monaco on 09 415 6000 to lodge a warranty claim over the phone or alternatively you can email at customercare@monacocorp.co.nz. Proof of purchase is required along with fault details and contact info for the service agent to make contact to co-ordinate a visit to assess the issue. Microwave / Combi microwave. THE WARRANTY CARD AND THE PURCHASE DOCKET (OR SIMILAR PROOF OF PURCHASE) SHOULD BE RETAINED BY THE CUSTOMER AT ALL TIMES. How long until I can get my kitchenette delivered?

We dispatch no more than 3 to 6 weeks from the time your deposit has been verified.

Is delivery included?

Delivery is calculated & charged separately of the price of the kitchenette. The delivery charge will depend on your location and any restrictions regarding site or access to site.

Who installs the kitchenette?

Installation is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. You need to contact a registered electrician and a plumber to connect the unit to the services at your location. See 09 and 10 below.

My access is limited, can I get the kitchenette delivered un-assembled?

Yes, we can arrange to have our kitchenettes dismantled into smaller sections for delivery. Instructions on assembly will be available on our website. Instructions and drawings in PDF form can be printed from the website. You need to advise us of any restricted access when you place your order to ensure no additional costs.

What do I need to do for electricity?

All necessary electrical circuits and power outlets are pre-installed for you and come together at a single junction box. You need to arrange for your registered electrician to connect to your switchboard and issue your certificate of compliance. We suggest you arrange the work before your kitchenette arrives.

What do I need to do for plumbing?

All necessary plumbing has been pre-installed for you in your kitchenette. You will need to arrange for your authorised plumber to connect your hot and cold water as well as your waste water and issue your certificate of compliance. We suggest you arrange the work before your kitchenette arrives.

What is included with my kitchenette?

Cabinets, appliances chosen by you, sink, taps, integrated power board and document package with assembly instructions & warranty information. We will advise you of any price variation before confirming your order.

Can I ask for modifications to the unit?

We do not modify individual units. Should you have a requirement for multiple kitchenettes, please call (0800 48 44 48) we are happy to discuss any additional needs you may have.

Can I choose different brands of appliances from Kitchenette NZ?

Kitchenette NZ have designed the range of kitchenettes with the selected brands and models that we believe deliver the best value for money on the market. We incorporate these models prewired and pre plumbed into our kitchenettes. We do not substitute other appliance brands into our kitchenette range. Should you have a requirement for multiple kitchenettes, please call (0800 48 44 48) we are happy to discuss any additional needs you may have.

What if I want a particular colour, different from your standard colours?

We can offer your choice of colour. Please check links below and select your colour. By doing so you will be leaving this website. To place an order you need to re-enter the Kitchenette NZ website and complete the ENQUIRE NOW form adding the exact colour name and brand in the message box. Please be aware some colours have a much longer time for delivery from the board manufacturer. This may delay the delivery of the kitchenette.

HEALTHY HOMES

Kitchenette NZ models easily meet the Residential Tenancies Act 1986  healthy homes requirements. This simply requires the rangehood to be ventilated externally. The rangehood should be ordered with the vent kit option. All work required to complete the kitchenette installation to meet the RTA ventilation requirements, is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
